It was said “I can’t change the direction of the wind, but I can adjust my sails” and that sums up our journey.
Mikyle Consulting started 9 years ago as an ICT Reseller and an ICT Consultancy and after many successful years, the wind direction changed, and we adjusted and broadened our sails to include the provision of Human Capital with a specific focus on Oracle resources.
As the business grew, we found a shortage of local talent and decided to follow our passion of developing the youth of South Africa and began training and gained our Accreditation at the MICT SETA and later at the Services SETA. We then joined the WDP Program with Oracle and now offer our delegates the much coveted, internationally recognised Oracle Certification.
There was still a little something missing and we then launched the Academy of Excellence which gives Interns the work readiness tools required to either enter a corporate environment or to thrive as SME’s or Consultants.
As the wind begins to change in the direction of equipping youth with skills relevant to the 4th Industrial Revolution, we have started adjusting our sails accordingly. We live in an exciting time and we are honoured to be a part of that journey… with You.
