Mikyle Consulting has successfully completed customised Internships based on the needs of the clients which included a combination of soft skills and technical training essential to ensure the readiness of the interns to complete the tasks required of them. Internship training is either run in the format of an Academy of Excellence which is a staggered approach to training that takes place over the period of the year or a Work Readiness Bootcamp approach which sees the interns going through an intensive 6 – 12 week training program.
